We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your ALT. Bike Wheels and we are certain you’re going to love them. Which is why we offer a full 30 days after delivery to ride them and make sure you’re happy with your wheels. If at any point in this period you decide they’re not for you, you can simply return them to us for a full refund or exchange, they just need to be returned in good undamaged condition. We’re a company run by cyclists for cyclists and if in the unlikely event something goes wrong we will always do everything we can to get you back on the road, trail or track as soon as possible. That’s why all ALT. Bike Wheels are backed by a 3 year warranty against material or manufacturing defects, running from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any faulty parts covered by the warranty completely free of charge as quickly as possible. Even if you’re warranty has expired we can usually help at a very reasonable cost too.

If your wheels have developed a fault within the warranty period, get in touch with us right away at mechanic@altcycles.cc so we can help get you rolling again as quickly as possible.

·       Products that have been incorrectly installed,adjusted or maintained

·       Damage to the product caused by a crash, impact,or abuse of the product

·       When the product has been modified.

·       Wheels used for commercial (rental) purposes.

Normal wear and tear. Particular parts are subject to degradation as a result of normal use and this damage is not covered by the warranty. These parts include (but are not limited to) bearings, spokes,nipples and brake tracks.

This is the last thing we hopeyou ever need, but if your ALT. Bike Wheels are damaged in an accident or crash,we want to help you get back on the bike as soon as possible with our 5 yearCrash Replacement Scheme:

·       50% discount on replacement parts and componentsfor items up to 1 year from date of purchase.

·       35% discount on replacement parts and componentsfor items up to 3 years from date of purchase.

·       25% discount on replacement parts and componentsfor items up to 5 years from date of purchase.

We either stock or are able to provide a range of replacement spares and consumable items (and upgrades too)at very reasonable prices. If you need any parts, components or other help in maintaining your ALT. Bike Wheels, simply browse our Parts & Components Pages here or if you can’t find what you’re looking for get in touch with us at mechanic@altcycles.cc and we’ll do everything we can to get those wheels spinning.

All non ALT. branded products sold by ALT. Cycles are covered by their original manufacturer’s warranty. If your item purchased from us has developed a fault or arrived in a damaged condition please get in touch with us at mechanic@altcycles.cc and we will be able to help.

If you wish to make a return for any reason within 30 day of receipt of an order what so ever please get in touch with us at mechanic@altcycles.cc. Non-faulty items are only eligible for return if they are in original unopened, undamaged condition and returned in original packaging. Please note we are unable to provide pre-paid returns labels and cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, so we advise using a recorded method and may request proof of delivery. Refunds may take up to 28 days to process but we will always endeavour to process them as quickly as possible. 

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

·       In the event that the product has been used

·       The packaging of the product has been damaged

·       The product is damaged in anyway

·       The product is not in full resalable condition

·       Goods Faulty on Arrival, Incorrect or Damaged in Transit
